There's no picture 'cause this soup ("Green Lentil Soup with Coconut Milk and Warm Spices") simply isn't terribly appealing visually speaking BUT, it is so tasty!!!! I had mine with rice on the side...mmm mmm. Definitely something I will be making again!

I'm curious about the cookbook containing the recipe the above recipe is an adaption of (omg, what a crazy sentence...I really shouldn't write anything after midnight). Don't really need another cookbook, but hey, you can never have too many great cookbooks!

I've just learned that the Toronto Vegetarian Association is holding its 23rd annual food fair September 7, 8, and 9 inside and on the grounds of York Quay Centre, Harbourfront Centre (235 Queens Quay West, Toronto). Click here if you're interested. I've only ever been to one very small veggie food fair, and that was in Korea. It was great though; I loved the fact that I was 'normal' and not the odd-one-out. Looking forward to the fair in TO!
